Fran and Gil Troutman were more than our realtors; they were our business partners. They successfully guided us in a quick, smooth and profitable sale of our house.  From the start, they provided comprehensive, meticulous service and advice.  During the realtor
interview process, they delivered a professional, detailed marketing plan, not just comps.   Gil researched and priced the realtor fee based on the current market for our area - no need to negotiate. Throughout the whole process, Gil patiently provided understandable explanations of all the legal documents.
Gil immediately started getting the house ready for sale by bringing in his termite and property inspectors and stagers, all of whom
provided detailed reports with suggested repairs and upgrades.  Based on these reports, Gil?s extensive experience and our budget, Gil helped us prioritize the repairs and upgrades to achieve the best return on our investment. If we did not have contractors to
do the work, Fran and Gil always had a recommendation. Since we had already moved out of the area and were only in town part time, Gil willingly helped us manage the work and the schedule.  He would stop by the house to make sure things were going as
planned,  inspect the work done by the contractors, provide knowledgeable suggestions for difficult repairs  and even water the
flowers.
The marketing of the house was first rate.  Their goal was to move prospective buyers from the internet into our home and they
succeeded. They used two professional photographers to help create the brochure, no desktop brochures from Fran and Gil, and an Internet tour of the house. They provided multi-tiered sales documents that were available on quality paper stock and on-line.  The house was listed on all the real estate Internet sites.  The comps were rerun right before the house went on the market to aggressively, but realistically, price the house.  The result of all this preparation was that we got a great offer the first week the house was on the market.  However, before we accepted the offer, Gil double checked with realtors who had potentially interested clients to make sure no other offers might be coming in. During the closing process, Gil called and emailed us several times a week to keep us updated on the progress.  He always returned our calls and emails immediately and took action if I had a concern. After the closing, they tied up their service by sending us a binder with all the legal and sales documents. 
We hired Fran and Gil because of over-the-top recommendations from two of my friends. Fran and Gil?s business acumen and integrity make them realtors I would recommend without hesitation.
