DEJA IS THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY AND SHE IS GREAT. SHE APPRAISED ALL OF OUR WEDDING JEWELRY FOR OUR INSURANCE POLICY. I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH SHE CHARGES BECAUSE IT WAS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF OUR RINGS WE PURCHASED. SHE WAS REALLY GOOD ABOUT TELLING US HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO DO THE APPRAISAL AND SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THE PROCESS. WE GOT OUR RINGS BACK WITH 2 COPIES OF THE APPRAISAL, ONE FOR OUR RECORDS AND ONE FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANY. SHE WAS REALLY FRIENDLY.
