She is super friendly and he is also very friendly. He is super knowlegeable on all of the rules of completing the transaction. She is also familiar with them. They have everything as a couple. They know what is going on. They kept me up to speed on what was going on. They stayed with us throughout the entire process and the took us out to dinner when it was done. We became good friends with them.
