 + -1 moreI TEACH AND NEED MY COMPUTER FOR EVERYTHING: GRADES, TESTS, WRITING LECTURES, E-MAILING STUDENTS. SO, I NEEDED IT FIXED QUICKLY AND THEY WERE ABLE TO TAKE IT IN THE NEXT MORNING, AFTER I CALLED, AND I GOT IT BACK AT THE END OF THE FOLLOWING DAY.
Description of Work: I HAD A WORM ON MY COMPUTER THAT WAS DELETING MY APPLICATIONS AND I COULDN'T GET RID OF IT, EVEN THOUGH I HAD NORTON VIRUS PROTECTION.
