TWO STORY FLOORING

Al Turner and Aleister Bobisink first installed hardwood floors in my mother's townhome in September 2013. I was so impressed with their work and skill that I decided to have the living room in my townhome also done. They picked up all the wood supplies that I had ordered a few days before they did the work so that the wood would get use to the atmosphere in the living room. This is apparently something that you suppose to do before laying hardwood. On the morning of October 28th they arrived right on time and worked all through the day. It took almost 2 days to lay hardwood in approximately 333 sq ft. They even did my stair landing going up to the second story. This particular job required a lot of skill do to the nature of the landing. It turned out very nice. I would definitely recommend these two men to anyone who is interested in achieving a wonderful outcome to a job. I really can't say enough nice things about the kind of men they are and the wonderful job they did. I've already recommended them to my sister who plans on putting hardwood in her home too.

Aleister Bobisink and Alan Turner are two of the nicest men you would ever want to meet. They are professional through and through. They kept in contact with my mother and me until we were ready to have them install the wood flooring. Many emails went back and forth between us until all our questions were answered. They responded to email questions within a day. The job took two days and they were right on time each morning. All our furniture was taken care of and they made sure everything went smoothly. We just can't say enough about what wonderful and courteous men they are and what a wonderful job they did. We have already recommended these two gentlemen to several of our friends.

I have a 1200 sq. rental that was over due for remodel. After a few other things, Alan and his partner Alister came by and we talked about what could and what shouldn't be done. They measured everything up and then later that evening I received a proposal in my e-mail with a very reasonable labor only bit. The following day, I went to their wholesale flooring supplier and found all the materials that I would need, placed the order, and received their wholesale price. Four days later Alan came by, dropped off all the materials that I had purchased, and one week from that day, started my flooring project. They were on time every day and extremely professional, did an excellent job and at the conclusion of my job, the price was exactly what they quoted me for the labor, $4635.00. The price never went up, the quality never went down, and they did exactly what they were supposed to do. I am extremely happy that I found them here and would recommend them every time to anyone.

Alan and his partner Al did a very nice job on my flooring. They scheduled the install within a couple of weeks and were prompt in returning my phone calls. They explained in detail what they were going to do and committed to a time line. They were both very pleasant with a strong customer service focus. The rooms were done on-time and they look great.
