Avoid at all costs. What a nightmare! A Bad Used car salesman… tells you anything to get the job. Including making things up. He called and said that the price of the carpet had increased but he was able to upgrade it to Paw III vs Paw II that we wanted… said 70 oz vs 50 oz. I knew the Paw II was 68.2 oz. Called the distributer/supplier and there is no Paw III. He keeps telling us to “trust him” when we could not. He said no one beats his price… I showed him I had a quote for less and better padding 15/32 10# vs 7/16 8#. He said the other bid was with 102 yards and his was for 110 yards… We now have 13.5 yards of carpet and padding not needed or wanted at over $60.00/yd. Installation day: One person shows up at 0930 and asked to see what is being done… second person shows up at 1015 and aske me to show him what was being done. One leaves an hour later and does not return for over 5 hours. Nothing gets done and leave the house like a disaster overnight. Next day one shows up then two more later. We have a surround system in the den, and I showed both individuals that showed up the first day where they needed to be laid. They never told the third guy… wires were located wrong and could not be hooked up to the speakers. The transition from the Guest Bedroom to the Bath is horrendous… Had several rentals and recarpeted 3 homes and never seen such an unpleasant transition. They took off before I had an opportunity to look at the work. Then comes all the calls and emails to Todd to have him come out and look at the work and if it was up to his standards… What a nightmare… runarounds, not returning calls point the blame at someone else. Then he tells me the speaker wires were not in the contract! After 3 ½ weeks Todd finely came out and looked at it… said he would be back in two days with someone to make things wright. The people that did the work will not work for him anymore, so he needs to find someone else. He did not show and will not answer phone calls or return texts. Again, a used car salesman that has earned the reputation and should be avoided at all costs.

All went well and we are very pleased.

He did what he said he would do and my carpet is all set for the holidays.

He & a helper removed the old carpet, installed new tack strip, pad, & carpet in a timely manner & vacuumed all the strings from the new carpet leaving it ready for the furniture to be brought in.
