They have serviced our home a number of times over the years and our home is a 50 year old home, and they were just an outstanding company, after them, I won't be going to any other companies for our plumbing needs. They were just like families, they were very respectful of our property, very good people, the work they did was very good, they were very trustworthy, and I no need to check on them, because I can trust their work. Reasonable pricing, considering that it was an emergency.

Once the plumber got here, everything went great. The plumber was tied up on an earlier job, which caused him to be late for mine. He helped me save a lot of money after he got here. The new faucet works a lot better than the old one ever did.

David and Danny came to my house and inspected the shut off valves and supply lines to my toilets, sinks, washing machine, and dishwasher. They recommended replacing 9 valves and supply lines. I also needed to have 2 bathroom faucetts and the bathtub spout replaced . David researched faucetts and recommended Moen faucetts that were a close match to my existing faucetts. When David and Danny came to do the work, we decided to replace all the valves and supply lines. The shut off valve to my water heater was rusted so after inspection, we decided to replace that as well. David and Danny covered all flooring in the work areas and the hallway wood floor with protective floor cloths. They worked carefully and answered my questions. When they turned the house water back on they carefully inspected all valves for possible leaks. Before leaving they checked my house water pressure. It was much too high so they replaced the water pressure regular. Once again, when they turned the water back on after the work was complete, they re-inspected all the valves. I highly recommend them for such expert work and their cheerful, courteous, and professional manner

recommended solutions were highly inflated, complicated and expensive. After several tries found solution that was only 20% of original quote. Collaboration with other service providers to leave the work in same or better condition didn't happen, still trying to put it back

work exceeded expectations

It went very well. Larry arrived to do the work just outside the appointment window, however he called within the appointment window to tell me that he would be late. Totally acceptable. Traffic is what it is and sometimes a prior job will take a while longer to complete. Larry is very professional and at the same time easy to talk with. A good combination. He listened to my story and asked good questions. I watched as he diagnosed the water hammer problem and asked questions as he worked. He never was bothered by my questions and gave good answers. I really appreciated that. He showed me that the toilet fill valve was a cause for the water hammer problem. Earlier, he ruled out the water heater which can contribute to water hammer. He replaced the angle stop, water supply line and the toilet fill valve. He explained how to adjust the fill valve if needed. Well, this solved the water hammer issue. It is one day later and there still is no water hammer problem. What a relief that is.

From the time of the call to completion of the repair, the experience was A-1. Within a few hours of talking with Thad, Tom arrived and did an excellent job of explaining the problem and replacing the insides of the toilet; neat, clean, and professional. While the cost was a bit pricey, the quick response and great service balanced it out. We have been looking around for a plumber we can rely on and believe we have found such a company and highly recommend TLC Plumbing. Thank you for a job well done!

We had TLC Plumbing replace our kitchen faucet, repair some leaks under the sink, and re-seat/re-seal a toilet. They were able to schedule the repairs the same day I called, and the technician was prompt, friendly and explained many of the details. No problems with any of the work (now two weeks later). I’d hire again and would recommend.

Thad showed me how to fix the plunger in sink myself. He was thorough about the toilet blockage. He didn't retrieve the plastic block frame but he repeatedly snaked it & was able to send it on thru the sewage system. I had same day service on the day I called.
