Owner started on time. Cleaned the main traffic areas of our home quickly and efficiently.

Excellent service. Called and they were out the next day. Arrived when promised, worked hard and was done in two hours. Will definitely use them again!

Overall experience was good, with on time service and a very professional cleaner. Carpet also dried quickly. However, I was a bit disappointed in realizing when they left that they had not really moved any of the furniture or small items to allow for cleaning under them (e.g., none of the couches, small furniture pieces, etc). These were light items that would have been very easy to move but they simply cleaned around them. I would use Stuart again, but I would pay more attention during the cleaning and make sure they clean under all of the items that are easily moveable.

I called them and they could not schedule an appointment when needed as I had a strict schedule. I have used them in the past and was very pleased with the service. The next time I need the service I will probably use them to clean my carpets.

My husband had some health problems that required the carpets to dry quickly. One of my friends recommended this company. Mark Stuart, the owner of this company, was very good. He got right back to me, arrived on time at the scheduled appointment, and said the carpets would be dry within 1-3 hours, which was true. He was great overall; very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. I have two dogs plus grandkids here everyday, and he cleaned my carpets thoroughly. I will definitely continue using his services again and I've recommend him to my friends.
