STEVE'S PLUMBING INC

Excellent. Steve explained every thing as he worked. A real learning experience for me. While completing what my problem was, Steve also checked hoses; connections; replaced lever for flushing; adjusted water level in the bowl after flushing; checked and tightened bolts that hold toilet securely to floor.

Steve arrived when promised and immediately took the tank off to replace the seal. He was professional, he was helpful, and he was knowledgeable.

Steve and helpers did a very good job. The old sink was very hard to get out but Steve took his time so not to damage my counter top.

Steve did a great job and we are very pleased with his work.  He was very professional and did a very neat job.

All the people I dealt with were very friendly. Everyone was well mannered and that is one thing that lead me into hiring them. They did really good and they did not leave any mess at all. I did not have any problems with the shower after they finished the work for me.

They are extremely agreeable and nice to work with. They were very responsive, especially when the toilet started leaking. They came right out and found a crack in it, letting me know it had to be replaced. They are honest and knowledgeable. I trust the work they do to be done right.

He was out for over 2 1/2 or 3 hours. He and his helper did a good job and were easy to work with.

I had arranged with another plumber to install the sink after the countertop was in. That company sent a plumber who, it turned out, hadn't a clue how to install the sink and tried to tell me the sink wouldn't fit the hole cut to fit the Hootie rim. After I tried to return the sink to the supplier, they told me that plumber was "all wet" and gave me several names of plumbers. Steve was on that list and on Angie's List also. He came over the next day and gave me an estimate, and then took pity on me for not having a sink the whole weekend, and re-scheduled his work to come on Saturday morning and do the installation. He was pretty surprised to hear that the other plumbing company had sent a guy who didn't know what he was doing. Steve did a great job.

At first appeared to be a bit reluctant to take on job, but made bid within the week. Started job almost immediately. My manager was most pleased with his work and working in cooperation together. (In fact Dave Salas told me that whenever he needed plumbing work done he would call upon him). His bid was approximately $3000 lower than another. It still seemed somewhat expensive to me, but I am not acquainted with plumbing costs. Steve was not very familiar with Angie's List - thought that the organization was trying to sell him something at first. This was a long distant phone conversation across country. I was very pleased with his work!

HE COMPLETED THE JOB IN ONE VISIT. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HE DID A GREAT JOB. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME.
