If I could give less, I would. Absolute nightmare. Extremely dishonest! We purchased a house and found out that the solar hot water heater hadn’t been serviced in years. Chris came out and told me there was a lot of rust inside and change the rod and fluid. He went to fill it back up and came back down and mentioned that we “might” need a new tank soon. And gave me the price a a new system “just in case.” He went on to tell me that he left the water off because we had someone working on a broken pipe on the property at that moment and he figured he may need it off. He said he showed the other guy how to turn it back on once he was done working. He took my payment info and left. When the other worker left, I’d asked if he’d turn the water back on. Turns out it was all a lie. When he filled the tank back up it started leaking massively. The other guy was on the roof watching out of curiosity about the system. He said he turn it back off quickly and just went back down to talk to me.

"We arrived at her home to service a 25 year old solar hot water system. When we arrived the water to the home was shut off due to a broken line in the backyard? We did the maintenance on system ! We turned on the water afterwards And the solar water tank was leaking . The tank had failed and this was explained to customer . I checked all the fittings and determined that the tank had rusted through and had developed a leak . I shut off the water on the roof and gave a quote to replace the system. A day later she called me to ask if the quote was for an entire system and I returned her call and told her it was . She never responded and I assumed she went with another type of water heater or called another supplier ! She never contacted me after that . But decided to slander me and my company without working with me or contacting me . I explained to her before I left that the tank had gone out and that’s why I shut the water off to system on the roof . No lies or deceit. I told her what was happening and gave her a quote to replace the system . We would have been willing to work with her any way we could to have a happy customer ."
