This was a large project, I had 5 bids from other companies, and Ron, owner of Shields Fence Company was very professional, explained all to me, punctual and put my mind at ease. I decided to go with his company, he had one of the better prices also. The crew showed up on time with Ron, he explained how everything was to go to them, bright and early, at 7am. Replacing my fence, involves 3 neighbors fences also, Ron went with me to meet all 3 neighbors in advance and explained to them it was 2 day process and answered any questions and worked out any final details with them. So my fence looks amazing, I have a rolling double gate, and it now opens 8 foot, and the project went off flawless. Shields Fence Co. has very professional guys that work for him, I never heard one bad word from them in 2 days..... They clean up after themselves, and any little things that come up, they handled, I had to move a sprinkler and cap it, it was in the way of the new fence and Ron did it for me, wow, amazing. I was recommended this company by my back neighbors who had 4 homes done by Shields fence last summer, one street over, there fences still look Great! I would recommend this company to my friends and family. Professional, on time, very clean and organized and when they left everything was spotless, and I have a Beautiful New Fence, Thank You Ron and Crew!!

It went as planned. It was after the work had been completed that I found out what the plan was. There was a breakdown in communication. No one is to blame. We're all in this together The owner Ron Shields has been up-front and honest, and has done more than what I would expect from a contractor in this situation and so far has done everything I've asked him to do. The contractor, my neighbor, and I are in agreement that we can work this out.
