Mark of Santee Roofing was referred to us by our Solar system Contractor, John Perkins of Perkins Electrical to replace our existing roof with more energy efficient material. John worked his shedule to integrate installation with the bracketing phase of the solar installation to make sure each bracket attachment was water/leakproof. The city inspector said that John did a great job on the roof and the completion permit was signed immediately.
I highly recommend Mark with Santee Roofing. He is detail oriented and does a great job. Mark and John worked great together to provide us with a roof and solar system we will enjoy for years. Sue

Initial installation of roof went just fine. Later on, when we wanted some more work done over our patio, they would not respond to our calls. With so many roofers being flaky, this just might be another one of those.

WE HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH OTHER ROOFING COMPANIES NOT RETURNING PHONE CALLS OR EVEN SHOWING UP FOR BIDS. A NEIGHBOR HAD USED MARK OF SANTEE ROOFING AND RECOMMENDED HIM. WHEN HE STARTED HIS JOB, HE FINISHED IT PROMPTLY AND DID AN AWESOME JOB. THE ORIGINAL CONTRACTOR DID SUCH A POOR JOB IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD, PEOPLE HAVE BEEN INSTALLING NEW ROOFS FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS!
