The job took three times longer than what was quoted by the owner. Suppose to be done in 4-5 days.It took 4 weeks. The worker showed up at random during that time. The quality of the work was good untill the end. Job unfinished with regards to filling nail holes etc.

Project started well. The installer put down floor protection and removed the cabinets and old tile and removed them. The new cabinets were brought in and the installer assembled and put them up. There was a problem of 1 1/2" width in one cabinet and we were told that they would only add a block at the bottom to cover the area that should have been covered. This caused us to have a narrower cabinet than before. As the job continued more problems came up that either were not resolved or cost a lot more money. In effect, what was not on paper was not done. We were told that a molding would be added to finish a false ceiling beam, it was not. We were told that the floor cabinets would have a plywood top for the tile we were having installed. We called several times to confirm that and in the end had to pay an additional $350 for the plywood top and 3 wood corbels to support a counter. Other than that, the job was well installed and the overall final result was good.

AFTER CONSULTING 5 KITCHEN REMODEL CONTRACTORS, RZ CUSTOM WAS BY FAR THE BEST OF ALL. THE JOB WAS ESTIMATED TO TAKE 1 WEEK, BUT WAS COMPLETED IN 5 DAYS. THE CONTRACTOR WORKED 15 HOUR DAYS, TOOK EXTRA CARE TO MAKE SURE THE PROJECT WAS DONE EXACTLY AS PROMISED PER CONTRACT.
