"Dear [Removed member name] We worked on your car in September of 2013, you had come in with severe grinding on the front and rear of your car. We highly recommended that you allow us to use dealer parts because you had let your brakes grind to where your hydraulic parts needed replacing. You insisted that you could not afford that and you chose to use economy parts against our recommendations. One of the parts we put in malfunctioned a month later.( A manufacturer defect, not an installation problem) We immediately addressed the problem and replaced the part with the dealer part we had originally recommended, we did this at no extra charge to you. We did not install rusty parts, parts of the rotor naturally rust within a few days. You were still not confident in the work we did even though you had no more malfunctions and asked for a full refund but did not want to return the parts we installed. We then offered you (in writing) to go to El Cajon Ford and have all the parts replaced at our expense. At that point you went to the BAR and logged a complaint , well within your rights as a consumer. We do everything we can to please our customers, and you claimed you did not feel safe (not that you had anymore problems). At that point the BAR representative came to you and again gave you the offer to go to the dealer at our expense. You accepted the offer from the BAR and still waited several months before going to Drew Ford. The service writer there made it very clear that your brakes were functioning fine but agreed to replace the parts in October 2014. We paid the bill and felt this was a bad experience for all of us and it was done and over with. Now it is 10 months later and you are writing slanderous reviews, and calling us names. We have been here 15 years and 99.99% of our customers are happy and return. We are not even close to be investigated by the BAR or any other consumer or government organization. We pride ourselves on our integrity and excellent customer service. Please let this be the end of it. Roger & Roberta Daniel"
