Roger'S Mechanical

-I had to provide my personal tools to Mr. Reyes' employees multiple times in order for them to accomplish their tasks. -Employees were left at job with no experienced supervision and did not know what they needed to do. -Was late to job multiple times by a few hours. -On three occasions, after about an hour of begining work, Mr. Reyes notified me that he was leaving in order to submit the paperwork for the required permits. He did not return until late in the evening to pick up his employees. -Twice Mr. Reyes did not show up at all after confirming the previous evening that he would be on job at 8:30 a.m. He did not answer phone or return my calls until 4:30 p.m. -Upon finding that Mr. Reyes had an expired contractor?s license, I confirmed with him that he did not have permits for work. -I notified Mr. Reyes that he needed to gather his tools and leave the job as I could not allow him to continue the job without a legal license, permits, and no workmans comp insurance. -The work that was performed was not within Mechanical Code and I had to hire another company to completely repalace the duct system that was installed by Roger's Mechanical, as well as finish the job that had already been paid for.
