Rayo Wholesale Floorcovering

Horrible experience from top to bottom I have been there over 3x to pick carpet with the rep - story changed every time, couldn't get the color/styles right, so confused and a total mess. I told him my install date 2 weeks in advance in multiple emails, I have the thread even. Finally got pricing and availability, he told me to order by Friday morning no problem and I would have the carpet by the following Tuesday/Wednesday. So I set up my painters and the carpet installer for the following Thursday to give enough time, sent my payment info to get the carpet to RAYO Santee, then I get a call, carpet will not be here until Friday at some point. NOW WHAT DO I DO?? I have contracted with a painter and carpet installer and have the week scheduled to move furniture out and my wife and kids out of all our bedrooms to get this all done so we are not without bedrooms for weeks. Totally screwed me and when I called, he was ****** that I would even dare to lay any blame on him, would not take any responsibility or accountability and did not care one bit. WORST COMPANY, WORST SERVICE EVER.

They were very courteous and patient with me. It took several visits to the showroom to finally decide what to order. They have a large slection of flooring and competetive pricing on products. It is difficult to find carpet runners for stairs but they provided several choices from quality manufacturers. My salesperson provided me a list of flooring contractors to install the runner. I am very pleased with the outcome and highly reccommend them.

Rayo has a nice showroom with many samples. I wasn't sure what kind (or color) of kitchen floor I wanted. Kenny showed me around and was very patient and encouraging ever time I went in and every time I took samples home. It took me a few trips but once a selection was made (and ordered) the flooring came in, in less than a week. It has now been installed and I love it.

Because we were working with a contractor, we were able to purchase carpeting from Rayo (they are wholesale). We had our contractor pick it up and install it. Steve was knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful through the entire process. We got a great carpet at a great price. Well worth the trip.

RAYO. WAS BOTH REASONABLE IN PRICE, BUT ALSO EASY TO WORK WITH ON THE INSTALLATION TIME FRAME. IT HAD TO BE DONE ON A WEEKEND, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO GET AN INSTALLER TO DO IT WHEN WE NEEDED.

QUICK, AND ON TIME.

CARPET, TILE, HARDWOOD AND ALL RELATED PRODUCTS WERE PURCHASED FROM THIS COMPANY. THE EMPLOYEE WE DEALT WITH WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE PROVIDING ANSWERS AND ASSISTANCE IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE REMODEL.

SALES PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL IN PICKING OUT CARPET. THEY HAVE A LOT OF EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE.

THE INSTALLER WAS VERY EXPERIENCED, TALKED VERY LITTLE, BUT WORKED STEADILY-HE DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. THEY HAULED AWAY THE OLD CARPET.

THEIR PRICES ARE THE BEST AROUND AND THE QUALITY IS GREAT. THE INSTALLER DID A GREAT JOB AND WAS QUICK AND EFFICIENT. COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT. GREAT SELECTION AND PRICING.

FRIENDLY SERVICE, CONVENIENT LOCATION, HELPFUL SALES AND SERVICE PEOPLE AND THEY HAD A GREAT SELECTION BEAUTIFULLY DISPLAYED IN A SHOWROOM. I USE THEM OFTEN FOR THE BEST DEALS AROUND.

STEVE THE SALESMAN WAS VERY PERSONAL AND TOOK GREAT CARE OF US IN THE SHOWROOM. THE INSTALLERS DID A GREAT JOB AND IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL.
