We have lived in our home for over 5.5 years and always suspected that our pool used too much water. When we switched to Payan Pool service, they quickly were able to determine by their expertise in measuring the chemical measurements, that it was likely we had a leak that could not be seen from above.

They sent out a specialist how did an evaluation and determined that yes indeed there was a leak. The damage had been there for over 5 years, and thanks to Payan Pool service our water bill is now down 45%. We are very grateful.

I contacted Javier at Payan and told him I thought it was the small pump that expels hot water from the heater. Javier came out and agreed. He found the obsolete pump and installed it for a very reasonable price. I told my neighbor who also called him. Javier came out jiggled some wires and his spa started working. Javier said, "I was in the neighborhood.." and didn't even charge him. It doesn't get any better than that!
