Very unresponsive sales team. Vague on details, very unprofessional sales staff. Finally got their contractor on site (Tim) seemed nice, charged 1500 for estimate that was $184,000 to prep a lot for the home (DID NOT include the home). What a joke, a bad one at that. They low ball the home price and get you on the set up. The contractor is a crook. Got with a civil engineer and a contractor and got same work done for $58,000.
