It's bad enough when you need to hire a remediation company due to mold or asbestos but Optimal Solutions - William Walker helps you through that with immaculate containment protocols, a diligent and dedicated workforce, and ensures that the job is done right the first time. I have hired Optimal Solutions - William Walker in 4 remediation projects for my home restoration to include: water damage, black mold investigation and remediation/removal, black mastic under carpet and tile remediation and removal, asbestos remediation and removal in drywall and stucco abatement/removal. I know that if I ever need sound advice on a project that concerns remediation or just in general contracting I can call William and he'll give me unbiased opinions and advice from his experience to help talk me through the process.

Will provided a very competitive price and was very responsive. He took great care and was onsite most of the time, doing much of the work himself, or closely supervising it. I found him to be extremely honest, and protected and cleaned all of my personal belongings. He even found some jewelry caught in the laundry vent that was lost a long time ago. The detail work was excellent. It is rare to find someone this diligent and honest. He saved me tons of money.

William and his crew were very professional. On time reliable. Extremely clean job. I highly recommend these guys for demolition work!!!
