The service provided was excellent. They were extremely patient, trustworthy and friendly.  My mom has zero experience in hiring a contractor to perform services by herself (husband died two weeks ago) and this company was extremely professional and made my mom feel comfortable.  They did not try to upsell my mom because they could have easily.  They did warn her that he would eventually need to do more invasive work to ensure she is not without water for a long period of time.  Their prices were very reasonable as well and they left the work area clean and tidy. I really just wanted to recognize this company for all their great work, but mostly wanted to recognize them for being honest and transparent in the process. Excellent service!
