Their labor charge is $85. We were very satisfied with the service on our pump. They told us it would only be a week to take away our old cover and deliver our new one. After two weeks we called and wondered where the top was. They said they would check on it and get back to us, but never did. This order was originally placed on 1/13/09, we called several times in between and finally on 2/26/09 I called and spoke with a manager. I wanted to know what was going on with the spa cover. He said he would call me back in an hour and two hours later I called him back and he acted as if he didn't even remember our conversation. I told them I wanted to cancel my order and I wanted my money back. I also let him know I was a member of Angie's List and he said I didn't need to go that far. I told him his grades and report would depend on how fast I got my check back from them. He put the check in the mail that day and I got it back without it bouncing. I would probably use them for the pump again, but not for a cover.
