They are accessible . They are aware of what you are talking about and always get some one to explain to you. It is a little hard to get to them because people are many.

They did an excellent job. The price was fair.

I would never use Home Depot again, it was terrible! The process started in August and the security door wasn't installed until November. During that time, we had trouble making contact with Ideal Doors (the subcontracted company). Finally we made contact and had the front door installed but found the security door was damaged. We had to contact Home Depot to exchange I tout. I took off work two different days waiting for a promised delivery of a replacement but it was never delivered. I called Home Depot to complain, received no apology, like it was OUR fault. Finally we got the door and couldn't reach the installers. When we did reach them we were informed Home Depot never faxed them a work order; it took two days for it to happen and FINALLY arrangements were made to install the security door. Then we found out the handle/deadbolt didn't fit. We had to contact Home Depot and the owner of the installation company to get it taken care of. Good install poor customer service.

HOME DEPOT HAS ALWAYS PROVIDED THE BEST SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO THIS TYPE OF WORK. THE SALES PERSON WAS KIND AND HELPED ME TO DECIDE WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST PRODUCT FOR ME

WE GOT WHAT WE NEEDED, BUT THERE WERE ROACHES IN THE CABINETS WHEN WE GOT THEM. IT WAS A WORSE EXPERIENCE THAN WE THOUGHT.

WHILE TALKING TO ME THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL, VERY REASONABLE IN PRICE.

THE TWO MEN, WHO WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DEPARTMENT SPECIALISTS FOR KITCHENS, ROYALLY SCREWED UP MY COUNTERTOP ORDER. THEY DIDN'T KNOW THEIR MATERIALS, DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TYPES OF EDGING WENT WITH WHICH COUNTERS, OVERCHARGED ME, AND ORDERED THE WRONG PIECES! COUNTERTOPS WERE DELAYED BECAUSE OF THEIR INEPTNESS. THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS UNTIL I SAID I'D REPORT THEM. GOT COUNTERS NEXT DAY

THE MAN WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFULLY ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS. AS WE HAD NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE, THERE WERE A LOT. HE WORKED QUICKLY AND GOT THE JOB DONE. WE HAD NO PROBLEMS.

THIS WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE BECAUSE THE PRICE WAS AFFORDABLE AND THE HOME DEPOT LADY WAS VERY NICE AND HAD VERY GOOD IDEAS AND SUGGESTIONS. I DECIDED ON THE WOODEN BLINDS. SHE GAVE ME ALL THE PLUSES AND MINUSES ON AND THEM AS WELL AS THE OPTIONS, MEASURED THEM FOR THE CORRECT FIT. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY BLINDS.

WE BOUGHT MOST OF OUR TILE AND WALL BOARD THERE AS WELL AS SUPPLIES TO PUT THEM UP, AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. THE ONLY PROBLEM I WOULD SAY I HAD WAS FINDING SOMEONE TO HELP US RIGHT AWAY.

DID ALL THAT WAS EXPECTED & WERE AVAILABLE FOR QUESTIONS.

THE DESIGNERS DON'T SEEM TO HAVE MUCH EXPERIENCE. THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT SEEMED TO BE OF GOOD QUALITY. IT WAS SOMETIMES DIFFICULT TO FIND A WORKER TO HELP YOU WHEN IN THE STORE. BACK ORDERED MERCHANDISE DID NOT COME IN WHEN PROMISED.

I THOUGHT THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. I CALLED MANY PLACES AND LIKED THEIR PRICES THE BEST. ALSO, THEIR DELIVERY PRICES WERE GREAT AS WELL. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND LEFT WITH NO MESS. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND TELL OTHERS TOO.

DID A VERY GOOD JOB.

ALL INSTALLERS WORKED DILIGENTLY TO CREATE A BEAUTIFUL INSTALLATION. ALSO LEFT THE SITE IN CLEAN ORDER.

I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THE PADDING INSTALLED, AS IT MADE A CRACKLE NOISE WHEN WALKED ON, AND THEY CAME AND REMOVED AND REPLACED THE PADDING.
