Flood Busters has served San Diego County since 1988. Our mission is to help building owners & tenants, both residential and commercial, with any and all water damage, removal, extraction or inspection needs. We understand that dealing with a water damage and a water loss is a frustrating process. We operate as a team at Flood Busters and are on your side. Our team can assist you through the entire process, from filing a claim, talking to your adjuster and making sure your home is dry and ready to be put back to normal. For almost 30 years we have worked with HOAs, Property Managers, Homeowners, Property Owners, Insurance Adjusters, Major Insurance Companies and Insurance Agents. We specialize in floods caused by: a bathroom leak, including a shower leak, toilet leak or sink leak; a pipe leak; kitchen leak; water heater leak; ceiling leak; overflow and more!

Flood Busters continues to demand more than the maximum contract value stated in the contract. Just completed reporting them to the Contractors State License Board with all documents and support. These guys are plain crooks. They will NOT abide by the contract that they signed with us. WATCH OUT as they are CROOKS, plain and simple! IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT YOUR CONTRACT SAYS as may do what they did to me and demand more than the contract value. Flood Busters has not responded to the better business bureau. Check this out by going to bbb.org, putting in their name and you can see that they failed to respond. They have only tried to pummel me with their attorney. THEY HAVE NEVER CALLED ME IN AN ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THIS. BAD BUSINESS. I believe billing above the maximum contract value breaks the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, but my attorney will sort that out when we counter-sue. I have offered to pay them the full contract value that was agreed upon before the work. They are demanding to be paid above the maximum contract value stated in the contract. Posted here is a copy of the terms and condition from the contract.

Overall, I was very satisfied with Steve the owner and his employees. They responded after midnight and jumped right in to take care of the problem. He and his staff were courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend them. Only one drawback- they recommended Apex Contracting and Restoration Inc to do reconstruction and painting, and I was very disappointed in their performance and work.
