MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS A GOOD ONE. THEY MADE MY CARPET LOOK LIKE IT WAS NEW. NOT ONLY DID THEY TAKE CARE OF MY CARPET THEY CLEANED 2 SOFAS AND ONLY CHARGED ME FOR ONE. THAT IS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
