My first phone conversation was very encouraging. Christopher is very enthusiastic and if we had ever met him I might have more positive things to say. However, he did not follow up on our conversation by getting back to me the next day or even the next week. In fact after more than 2 weeks I called him. He apologized that he'd been on vacation but he had gone to the job site & had ideas for it. He was very excited to do my job next & he'd fax me the quote that he had right in front of him "tomorrow". That was on Tuesday. On Friday morning, not having received a fax or phone call, I again called Christopher and asked him to meet my partner at the job site. Understandably he couldn't meet right away because of a previous appointment, but he'd be there 1 hour later. No show. No return of 5 phone calls. He is a mystery to me.
