They are good looking animals.We have a spoiled baby, stubborn but she likes them.

My dog is back to her old self. She doesn't like to take her medicine though.

Since we are new to the area I thought it would be hard to get an appointment with a new vet but they got us in and treated us and our lab very well. We have a follow up visit very soon and am looking forward to taking her back.

We had setup a first time appointment and our only mistake was making it on a Monday morning! This clinic is a very popular clinic and you can understand what a Monday would be like. This mistake was on us not the clinic. We show up approximately 20 minutes early because we know about vet paperwork. We had had two previous rescues and know what first time visits are like. Anyway, the waiting room was full of dogs and one cat besides ours. Plus, there had been an accident over the weekend where an automobile had run up on the curb and punched a bit dent in the stucco wall. On the inside of course, there was a set of seats that could not be used because of the danger of the wall falling in! I stood and the wife sat with the three cats in two crates. we filled out all the paperwork and waited. obviously the doctors were running behind due to a couple of the animals were emergencies. Once we were able to see the vet all went well and we were very pleased with the results. you are never sure when you meet new doctors for the first time,but we were pleased. knowledgeable, polite, and informative. we chose this clinic because we had visited before looking for a kennel (next door attached) for our other cats. we previously were using a clinic in la mesa and the commute was 20 minutes with cats. after our cats passed (17 and 19 years) we decided that our new vet would be closer.

Ordered food and meds, had them prepared and ready upon my arrival. No waiting, no problems. All my animals (2 dogs, 2 cats) have been under care with this Vet. office for 4 years now. I can't give enough references nor be happier with every aspect of care for human and animal well being!

This Veterinarian office is the best I have ever encountered in the 50+ years I have had animals. They are truly caring, easy to speak with, extremely dedicated to their perpetual health of all animals! They are truly animal and human friendly. Since my last report, my two aging dogs, one with Cushings Disease (Papillon) and the other with Heart Disease (American Eskimo) have passed. Cuyamaca Animal Hospital's staff were so very gracious and over-the-top during this incredibly difficult time. Dr. McMahon has moved to Texas but I have found that ALL the Vet's at this establishment are superior to any other vet's here in the East County! Dr. Martin, Dr. Hyatt and Dr. Naidus are super with my "new" animals! I now have 2 dogs and 2 cats, one cat which was taken in as a fostered animal from the Vet's office! Serena is now an integral part of our family! This office can and has done EVERYTHING necessary for every animal I have had and have. Please, if you are searching for a Veterinarian Office that truly cares and will do everything necessary for your animal (even when it comes to budgetary demands) make an appointment and become a part of this family!A+++++++++++

I've been going to this hospital almost from it's inception. I feel at ease with the owner, Dr. Lori Martin and know my animals will get the best care possible. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The Dr.'s are knowledgeable and easy to understand. (They speak in layman's terms!)I like the fact that they use very high quality anesthetic which doesn't make my dog, (an AmStaff Terrier), groggy for as long as my last vet. They take very good care of him and the hospital itself is the nicest I've ever seen! I had to recently put down another dog of mine, and they were very caring and thoughtful with a very difficult situation for me, even letting me "escape" out the side door after getting pretty emotional. I highly recommend this hospital.

Dr. Martin explained to me that the treatment would be very expensive so she told me what would happen. I told her I wanted to go to the specialist and she was fine with it. She will give you options and they are really excellent caregivers.
