Not a very good experience. I was referred to this company by a family member. Although it is prime time for air conditioning services (July), this individual has done very little to return my phone calls or even give me an estimated time when he will be able to return my call and setup an appointment. Very disappointed. Professionally it is rude not to even return a call and tell the person that you are so busy you are not taking on new business.
