They suggested not to send the arrangements the day before the memorial but on the day of, to best preserve them and protect them from the weather conditions. They were very homey and I liked that they do not pressure you into buying anything. I'd recommend them for being so helpful, friendly and informative. They were concerned about their product and the presentation, which was appreciated.
