This guy knows spas, and he does good work. He showed up when he said he would, and did a professional job in all cases. He is a bit pricey, but I think if you want it done right the first time you need to pay for that. He is not a particularly patient man, but  I was willing to deal with that minor issue because he does good work. I will recommend him to the new owners of our house.

Terrible.  Bronco was by far the most frustrating vendor/contractor experience throughout out entire move in process.  In addition to continually setting it up he would have to come back on 3+ occasions (so he would be paid each time), he was very difficult, rude and condescending.  In the end, I decided it was worth $350 to pay another company to do the work, rather than continuing working through the warranty company (and Bronco) and it being mostly paid for.  Incredible that in this economy companies think that kind of stuff is okay.

They were very professional. They can do anything on the spa. They did not do anything other than the top on our spa. The price was reasonable and comparable.

The owner/technician showed up nearly two hours later than arranged. After inspection he found one leak but missed a second leak found later by this writer/home owner. Although the original leak was repaired, the work required two additional visits and I was never sure when (if) the owner/technician would show up. I decided to have the second leak fixed by another contractor.

Pierre came out looked at heater stated valve was sticking. Ordered a part, next day I came out and got heater working. Given that it was a sticking valve thought best thing to do was get repaired anyway as sooner or later would stop working again. Pierre came out three times, took 2 weeks to fix. I believe him to be capable and knowledgeable, but I think I was charged more to cover additional trips. Also don't think it should have taken so long to repair, was disappointing as it killed 2 weekends in the pool with my kids.

Scheduling was a bit difficult, but in the end Peter showed up on the scheduled day, looked the spa over, gave me a options on how I might maintain the spa, and I bought an upgrade to reduce the maintenance. The upgrade was installed the following day (a day sooner than promised!) and at exactly the price Peter and his son quoted.

They were thorough, efficient, resourceful and prompt. Got the job done fast. They were able to find a potentially hard to find part for our spa. As soon as the part came in, they came and completed the job in under a 1/2 hour. While the parts were more expensive than we would have hoped, I felt their labor charges were reasonable and fair. I would call them again for future repairs.

Pierre Braun and his son came for the estimate. Prompt and responsive. Diagnosed the problems (multiple) and ordered new heater, pump, blowers, and a new pool cover to replace existing. He estimated a week or ten days before the equipment would be available, but it arrived and was installed in half that time after only four days. They got everything operational again in short order and the spa now sparkles. Excellent job.

Excellent: Very knowledgeable. Prompt and responsive. They took responsibility for solving the problems. They come with a truck with tools and parts to handle many problems. When the pump was not salvable, they change the pump (to a more common manufacturer) while saving the motor. That saved costs. I have used other spa repair businesses. Those others seem to lack skills and just wanted to switch parts, rather than solve the problem.
