It went perfectly.  Cordial, friendly, knowledgeable, with care about the quality of the job, and affordable pricing.  I have used Bailey Electric a few times now and don't know where I would be without them!

He was phenomenal to work with overall! Rod's been an electrician for years, and he knew all about the property that I was living in even before I moved in. He definitely knew what he was doing!

Ken Bailey did a great job on these projects and I would definitely work with him again. Running power for the first two jobs above required making holes in the wall/ceiling, and he was very careful to minimize the holes he had to make. He has great attention to detail, takes pride in his work and wants the finished product to look great.

I cannot recommend Ken Bailey enough. Having hired Ken twice in the past month (and having had a bad experience with another electrician), here are 5 reasons why Ken is awesome: 1) Flexible schedule. He works on Saturdays at his standard rate, which is great if you (like me) work long weekdays. 2) He's an excellent troubleshooter. Unlike two other electricians and SDand E, he figured out why my lights were flickering. It was a simple and relatively inexpensive solution, yet the cause eluded so many others. 3) He's about as artistic as an electrician can get. He installed six can lights in my ceiling. He was incredibly precise with his measurements, so the lights are exactly where they should be. He only cut into the ceiling what was absolutely necessary, so we didn't even have to patch or paint. 4) He's a really nice guy and very funny. If you live downtown, don't be surprised if he comes back from lunch and brings you half a chicken from Saffron Chicken in Mission HIlls. 5) Family business. As best I can tell, it's him (and his nephew on bigger jobs) and his wife running the scheduling. He was recommended to me by Fan Diego (and Angie's List) to install a ceiling fan, but he can do pretty much any job I throw at him.

This was our second ceiling fan installer we had used as recommended to us by Fan Diego. The first time around I used someone else because Ken was booked for a week - my mistake! Hands down, Ken was the better installer and better overall experience. He was prompt, easy to work with, cleaned up completely, and did a great job. I will use him again for other electrical. We scheduled him for a few weeks out because we were on travel. The work was done on a Sunday which was great for us. He made several suggestions about some other wiring and checked some wires in the garage that he noticed as he walked in/out and he was concerned about.

Phone contact took three calls back and forth before I was able to talk to someone. My hours are a little strange and they are limited to normal business hours for contact. The appointment setup was excellent as they were willing to work with my schedule and fit me in within a couple of days. The techs arrived on time and ready to work. They were very careful with my property and asked before doing anything with or to my property that might even appear risky. The techs were very professional and responsive to my questions and needs. They left the area at least as clean as when they arrived. Superb service and results!

My favorite fan and light combo hangs from a 16 foot high ceiling and does not have a wall switch. It is only operated by a remote control. After 10 years of constant use it stopped working and I couldn't turn the fan off or the lights on. After running various tests myself I purchased the part I thought was causing the problem and called Ken Bailey to install it. When Ken arrived he very quickly determined that the problem was caused by something entirely different and he fixed it. I was very impressed that he only charged me the minimum trip charge for the visit. He easily could have made the work look more difficult and time consuming. I would hire him again anytime I have fan or lighting problems since he is a very knowledgeable and honest professional.

Ken initially provided a competitive quote to install and wire a ceiling fan in our master bedroom and offered useful advice on the type of fan to purchase. When he returned to install the fan, the positioning of wooden beams in the ceiling prevented wiring as originally planned and so some drywall work (and painting) had to be done. He took time to explain why the job could not be done as originally planned, and updated the quote for me based on the additional work that had to be completed. The installation position in a vaulted ceiling together with the beam issue meant that this was an arduous job which took several hours to complete - however Ken and his colleague were never less than completely professional, and worked until the fan was set-up. Several days later the drywall work was performed by Ron and he subsequently touched up the paint work. The installation and repair were great - the fan looks like it has always been there. I would recommend this company without hesitation - they were always professional, punctual and really cared about the quality of the work. They also covered all surfaces during the installation/drywall/painting and always cleaned up well. I will be using this company for any future electrical (and drywall) work. The fact they only work evening/weekends was also very convenient as both my wife and I cannot get home easily during the day.

This company was very neat and clean as they put plastic covers over my furniture and carpets. They were very prompt and courteous with their service. When they finished the job they removed all the old material and left my house very clean.

The installation went very well. The master bathroom had no fan at all and the guest bathroom had an outdated fan that needed replacement. New control switches were needed in both bathrooms. Both fans were connected to a previously installed roof vent (Bailey does not install roof vents). Mud work after was professional and prompt. Bailey's hours are not traditional which worked out well for us as our hours are not traditional either. The work was done on time and on budget with accurate estimates after a pre-job inspection.

Bailey Electric and Supply completed A LOT of work in our house. Bailey Electric's professionalism and pride is evident throughout our house. Everything they did was in compliance with applicable code. Bailey Electric took what we wanted and where applicable, suggested more efficient and visually pleasing alternatives to accomplish what we wanted. The final product exceeded our expectations; we couldn't be happier. Bailey Electric gave us an estimate that they adhered to. They started when they said they were going to start the project. They showed up on time and were neat and courteous; they looked and acted like the professionals they are. Bailey Electric cheerfully accommodated changes when we wanted additional work done.

Had a bit of a tussle feeding the cables into the wall. Perhaps just a "speed bump" of the process. Mr. Bailey worked quickly, with great neatness.

We just moved into a brand new home and wanted to make sure that all the additions looked like they were part of the original build and not add-ons. All work performed was high quality.
