 + -1 moreTerrible. We had ARS replace entire roof several years ago and have been trying to fix poor job ever since. They slapped on tar around chimney at the end of every rain season to find it not fixed next rain season. This last summer they took roof off and "fixed " poor installation and water damaged header boards and studs however they left a very poor drywall and paint repair. Had to spend $2,000 to fix bad job. Now we discovered it still leaking...not as bad. We think it is bad flashing at this point but have to get a real professional to look at it. Don't know how much more this is going to cost. Allan, owner of business, blew us off until we'd get nasty and never followed up on his guys work.
