ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND WORKED DILIGENTLY. EXPLAINED WHAT NEEDED TO BE ACCOMPLISHED AND WHY. THE TWO WORKERS WERE BOTH POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. COMPLETED THE PROJECT WITHIN THE ESTIMATED TIME.
