First off, Sal (the owner) came to the house and gave me a quote. I had numerous other people from different companies give me a quote over the phone, they did not even bother to come to the house. Sal wrote up the quote for me and when he was done with the job, that is what it cost me. He is very professional and did everything to keep the house clean of debris and to look after everything. I was very impressed. His guys who worked on the job were also excellent. He explained the process very well. I was sooo happy that he was able to extend duct work into our cold family room (which was an addition) and it has made a huge change to our lives. I actually cannot believe that we lasted so long with an old furnace, the new one has really made a difference.  I am a Realtor so I will definitely be referring Sal to my clients when they need either a furnace or air conditioning replaced or repaired. He is a true professional and in my line of work, those are the people I need to work with.
