ABZ APPLIANCE SERVICE

After two weeks passed without hearing from ABZ, I called them and I was told they were driving at that time and they would call me as soon as they returned to their office.  They did not return the call.  In fact that was the last time they answered their telephone when I called them.  I  eventually had to call the warranty company to have them telephone ABZ to try and find out when the repairs would be made.  ABZ told the warranty company they would telephone me after they got off the phone with them.  They never did call me.  After calling the warranty company on December 3, 7, 9, 16, 17, 18 and not getting anywhere, I was referred to Assurant Solutions' Consumer Services (CS) where I was told they would take care of my problem.  The original person in CS that I dealt with failed to call me back within the two days she had promised.  Finally on 12/21 I called CS again and the representative got ABZ on the telephone and we scheduled the repair for the next day.   The repair was made and the quality of the work was good.
