E-mails to this branch do not generate fast responses, if any.  However, calling does at least generate a return call - even if you leave voice mail.  The office is not always manned.  Once you talk to the owner (he does the estimates), then things get going pretty fast - unless they have another 10 houses before you.
Clark (the owner) and his plumber arrived at 8:30 AM - as promised - with the components in the truck and all the adapters and pipes on board the truck.  It took them about 5 hours from start to finish.  This included hauling out my original LifeSource unit and then re-using much of the same intake and discharge piping, and lastly installing the RO unit under our sink.  A new installation will take up to 8-hours or so, according to Clark.
The work is very clean, no splotches or solder drips.  They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away both the old LifeSource and all the boxes, bags and debris, other than what stashed for recycling :-)
They gave us about 2 weeks to live with the system before doing a followup inspection.  I have waited nearly a year to provide a review because I wanted to see what the service and installation job does during the initial warranty period.  Our only complaint is that the RO unit (even with a new set of cartridges) seems to generate a TON of tiny air bubbles - which is NOT NORMAL for a closed circulation system - along with some soap-like bubbles that should not exist at all, but takes 6-8 hours to "burst" and go away.  This is still unresolved, and neither the company nor the installer really know (publicly) what is going on.  Clark admitted that one other customer had the same issue.  But that is 2 RO units out of the 100+ they installed in the past year or so.
