Estate Property Management (EPM) Inc

Over the year and a few months that we rented the property, Estate Property Management (EPM) were the absolute best group to work with.  They were responsive to all our needs, never discounted our concerns, followed up with different repair and maintenance people and companies, and took great care to respect our privacy throughout our rental period.  Nancy Sawin was the property manager assigned to our rental house and she was great.  Nancy always answered the phone, during work hours and at other times.  She was very friendly and helpful overtime we were in contact with her.  And her boss, Lance, was always there to support her efforts so that the outcome was always perfect.  They are a great team as well as the other employees of EPM who helped us out with a very quick move out at the end of our rental period.  EPM did an extremely fair job of representing the property owner as well as us the tenants.  They did all the right things even when it was difficult.  They are the best property management company in this County and are great at what they do.
