The contractor quickly identified the problem of a non-functioning freon cylinder. I was lucky that he had a replacement t on his truck and the air con was soon functioning well. He also noticed that the upstairs airflow was inadequate and he found that the damper of the zone heating was stuck. Now I have good air flow on both floors. I highly recommend this company for hvac issues.
