Punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, fast, reasonable - I can't say enough about how great Gary was. If you need your furnace serviced, do yourself a favor and call Furnace Works.

Gary was amazing! Very knowledgeable, quick response time for request for estimate, great price, and quick turnaround. When I was having issues with my carpet installer (laying over the old furnace cover) Gary went out of his way to help. He provided photos and a very detailed description of the issue which I forwarded to Home Depot for a refund of the work Gary had to perform for the carpet installer. Home Depot said it should be no problem getting the refund. I was very impressed with the back up provided without even asking for it.

We needed a new furnace for our rental property and decided to have an air conditioning unit installed as well. After obtaining a couple of estimates from other companies, we elected to go with Gary of Furnace Works. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained at length about the entire installation. His bid was very competitive as well. He was able to work around our tenant's schedule and completed the job within four days. He made arrangements for inspections and testing. We were very pleased with the entire process.

Gary was prompt, courteous and friendly. He is knowledgeable and skilled. He did a great job fixing our problem and we've had him some back to do some other projects where we've needed special venting. Very good service!
