The Floor Store - Santa Rosa

It was an awful experience.  The installers did a poor job & left an awful mess.  They also damaged furniture & more.  The padding they sold us was not compatible with the carpet we chose & we had to purchase a new, expensive canister vacuum, as our perfectly fine upright vacuum sucked up the carpet & padding.  While trying to negotiate a fair settlement and address all the shortcomings, The Floor Store, without providing a final bill or a demand for payment, filed a lien against our home.  We had to hire an attorney to take care of the lien.  So now we have new carpet & padding that might need to be replaced, damaged furniture, attorney fees & the cost of a new unneeded vacuum.  It is difficult to like & enjoy this beautiful carpet.  The only recommendation I could make is to go elsewhere, as if there is a problem, The Floor Store did not take care of this customer and it could happen to you.

Saw ad in "Press Democrat" newspaper went to store and was helped by Henry Rodriguez - carpet installed by Sergiot Partner - did excellent job.

Saw sign on Harry and came in to check out flooring prices and we found exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable & price. No hard sell either.

The floor should had just what 7 was looking for at a very completable price. mark was schedule from start to finish the installation, Dennis & Ray were prompt & very skilled & professional . I love my carpit.

We met the Store Manager and went over alterative carpeting and hardwood floor options. After settling on the material Henry measured the area to be recarpeted and gave us a very competitive price with a nice sales discount. We compared this with other offerings and selected the Floor Store. Henry soon set a date and notified us for the installation which went smoothly. After a couple of days we noticed a defect in the material which became more noticeable after a few days.  We called Henry who came within a few days to check it out and voluneered immediately to have it reordered and replaced. The second roll of carpet arrived and was installed within a week.  The installation went smoothly and looks very professional. We are very pleased.
