Mine is a small kitchen. They were also supposed to do the granite installation after demolition of the existing one. They installed ready-made cabinets and not custom made ones. They installed kitchen cabinets but they did not install the three-quarter inch plywood underneath the cabinets as they had mentioned. They did come back and fix that, though. I gave them a significant amount of money in the beginning. Their price was pretty comparable to what most people charge. There was one cabinet that I had ordered that they said they would have and it was not brought to the work site. Another company that had installed the granite did an excellent job. The Cabinet Outlet never brought the correct drawers for my cabinet. They took all the money I owed them except $150 for the extra drawers and they never showed up. I also never heard from them. I was unhappy with them.
