SLEEP TRAIN MATTRESS

I have 100 days to see if I like it and the jury is still out. I like the mattress but it hasn't made the great change in my sleep that I had hoped; maybe my body is still getting used to it. It has memory foam. Looking for a mattress is worst than looking for a car. You just don't want to keep going through it. I just wanted to buy something and be done with it. I couldn?t imagine going to another store and starting over. I spent over two hours at the place lying on different mattresses and finally I said that I couldn't stand it. The salesperson was very good and patience. I was able to haggle a little on the price. It was expensive. It was delivered the next day when they said it would be. There was a tiny bit of hard sell at the end, which I didn?t like.

First off, I have two warranty issues with the mattress. It was a $4000 mattress and I still owe $1400 on it. If I downgrade, I still have to pay the whole thing. I am not even getting the box spring. It is ridiculous and I am not happy at all. For one, they talked us into getting a better mattress and I do not want it. They will not deduct the price; I mean they won't even budge.

I had purchased a California King size bed from them and they installed it wrong. One of the box springs was not installed properly. After I had noticed it, it had already surpassed the 90 day warranty and they would not replace it. I was not happy with them at all. I felt since they were the ones who damaged it in the first place, they should be the ones who would repair it.
