Exterior Painting
The labor cost for my 1826 square foot house was $1,250.00 and the materials cost $700.00 = $1,950.00 Great price.
First we went to Kelly Moore paints and purchased top quality paint, 45 year caulking and miscellaneous supplies. Rus used his discount and saved me $300.00 in materials cost.
Then he went right to work he sanded and caulked the complete exterior of house house. He used exterior spackling to fix minor imperfections in the siding and trim. He papered and taped off everything that needed to be protected. Then he sprayed, two coats, back rolled and brushed painted where needed. I chose three different colors and the final product was fantastic. Best of all the price was so good. He started at 8:00 am and did not quit until the sun went down. He also works Saturday and Sunday. I tried to get him to take a day off but he wants to get the job done and move on to the next one.
Rus is a very hard work who wants to do the best job he can. He does not cut corners.
