Rosa and her team were very professional.  They arrived on the date and time scheduled.  They worked hard the entire time they were here.  In general I don't like people in my house that I don't know/trust.  I really liked it that Rosa herself was here cleaning alongside her team.  I felt comfortable with them in my home.  They did a good job cleaning my new construction home and I will have them back again.

Rosa was a pleasure to work with. She came to discuss the work and give me an estimate. The team arrived on time and did a very professional job. The house was sparkling at the end and the cost was under the estimate. Very pleased.

Rosa was an extremely pleasant person and so was most of her crew. sometimes 2 others with her sometimes 3.

The work was very well performed and completely fully

The only problems that arose is after sometime because of different life styles I began to realize there was discomfort in the interactions between us. Which became hard to handle for them as well as us. So we had to let them go which I was saddened by because Rosa was such a lovely person and her work excellent. Housekeepers for us become part of the family almost and she would have been a great addition to our family if the uncomfortability had not been there. But I would wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone needing housekeeping

I have been with them for about a year and she is absolutely fabulous. They are wonderful and that is the only one I have used. I love them, they are great and she is wonderful. She comes to my house every other week and cleans. She is absolutely unbelievable. I recommended her to my sister and she absolutely loves her. She started right after I purchased a Big Deal for her service. She comes on Friday to clean. She either has one to two ladies with her and I can't recommend them highly enough. They are very sweet, nice and are very trustworthy. I leave my door unlocked and she comes in, cleans and leaves. If I want something extra done she will tell me how much it is or if she can't do it she will recommend somebody. Her pricing is very reasonable and well worth every penny. She has her home and mobile phone and if she can't answer she calls me right back. They are always on time; if she is going to be late she calls me and lets me know. They are usually here for about an hour to an hour-and-a-half.

I called Rosa's service because she was local. She was very pleasant on the phone. We set up a meeting to look over the job.
Rosa showed up right on time. We walked through the house and I explained what I wanted done. She quoted me a price and I agreed. The work was done the next day while I was at work. Upon arriving at the house, Rosa had left a note with her name and number if I had any questions about the job that was done. I was amazed at how well it was cleaned. Everything I asked for was done and done well. Highly recommended.
