Did a great job installing new Ring Doorbell including reconfiguring setup in the cellphone application. Works great after a previously failed attempt by a different electrician.

After a previous electrician failed to fix, and even made more complicated, a job that included three kitchen outlets, I fired him. I called Shawn at Pro City and hearing that I was desperate to get the outlets working again, he moved his schedule around and showed up within a couple of hours. Of course he fixed the outlets, and I was so impressed by his electrical skills and knowledge, and his readiness to step in when needed, that I hired him to also put in a new electrical panel for us. I found Shawn friendly, personable, and his prices reasonable.

We had a complicated electrical problem with wiring and circuits in our kitchen as a result of the original house wiring, at time of construction, was not done properly. The problem was compounded by additional wiring add-ons and circuits patched in by various electricians over the years. The first electrician we hired to fix the issues left saying: "sorry, I can't find the problem", but charged us for their time anyway. We then hired Shawn from Pro City Electric. Wow, what a difference. It was immediately clear that trouble shooting is one of Shawn's strong points. He quickly found the root cause, and was able to explain the complex issues in a clear and concise manner that I could understand. Shawn then effected solutions that not only fixed the problem, but improved the electrical operation. His solutions were logical and actually saved us money. We just can't say thanks enough and would recommend Pro City Electric to anyone.

I needed a EV charging station installed and I chose Pro City Electric to do the work. Shawn was quick to respond, confident in his understanding of the work required, and very kind, generous, and cooperative in his business dealings. Iâ d definitely hire him again for my electrical needs.

These guys deserve 10 stars. I moved to Santa Rosa a year ago and have remodeled my house. I used Pro City for a small project of installing outdoor outlets and I was so impressed that I have since used them for many more projects including 4 ceiling fans, all new lighting and outlets for kitchen and bath remodel, beautiful can lights at my house and my mother's house and a few other projects. They are very professional, arrive on time, and are an absolute pleasure to work with. They exceed my expectations every time. I would not even consider using another electrician and I know how lucky I am to have found them as I am confident that the work they have done is top-notch.
