Oxi Fresh of Santa Rosa Carpet Cleaning

Lowell has cleaned my 30 year old carpet before and always does an outstanding job. Oxi Fresh dries in approximately 3 hours while a lot of the companies drying time is quite a bit longer.

I've used all the carpet people in Sonoma county. Oxy Fresh is by far the best. Others have left a residue and the carpets get much dirtier quickly. Others leave messes or the rugs soaking. I have Oxy Fresh in every 6 months and my carpets are almost 30 years old and I have no stains. They also do marble and granite beautifully.

It worked out fine. They did a good job.

Well around 9:45am my appt was at 1 pm. I get a call from Zackary saying hey i'm done with my job over here would you mind if i could early i told him yes he told me he'll be there in 15 mins he was on time he preformed excellent service explained that some of my stains need the oxi booster he didn't push for it he was straight forward saying these might NOT come outwith the oxi booster he didn't push to sell it to me. I asked him how much he told me the price i said go for it now my carpets are WAY better than they was i hope Zackary owner//manager takes good care of him hes a top notch employee i would hire him again hands down

It was a disaster. The owner fixed it. The employees didn't do their work. We're moving so nobody was there. The maid told us he didn't do anything. Apparently, he took off with the van. The owner went back and he did it himself. He fixed the problem. The price was average. It was comparable to everyone else.

I could not be happier with the service, professionalism and quality results that Marcus, from Oxi Fresh, provided me. Marcus cleaned all the carpets in my home quickly thoroughly. He takes pride in his work. I felt very comfortable talking and working with Marcus. This is by far the best carpet cleaning job I?ve experienced, and the carpet dries so fast ? such a perk!
