Called for a new door opener after mine failed suddenly. New opener installed 2 days later. Knowledgeable and helpful installer. Very good experience.

They got it done quickly and efficiently. They misquoted the price and ended up charging me more to finish the job.

Very disappointing service.
I ordered the door and signed the contract on 5/20/11. They misplaced the order. I had to call again and they had not ordered the door. The first door was installed on 7/15 but the door was too short and they offered to install a piece of wood at the top to make up the difference. I was not interested in lowering the vertical opening especially since it would not have matched the adjacent door that was also manufactured by them.
They did not return with another door until 8/29. Again, this door was the wrong pattern and the wrong height.
On Sept. 23 they finally installed a door that was the correct pattern and correct height and good quality.
This process took over 4 months for one simple single garage door!
Three times we had to arrange to be home for the installer. Twice I had to send painters away at my expense. My experience suggests that the employees of this company cannot measure doors correctly and cannot understand the need to match the pattern of the adjacent door that their company had manufactured. Customer service was poor. I was asked to accept the wrong door with the wrong pattern and had to insist on it being done correctly.
