You can’t get better service anywhere! I had multiple issues with my heater and they were always there the next day. They were fast, clean and always friendly.

They came out the next day when it was on the weekend in the 4th of July and when it so hard to get anybody come out. They were very helpful, trust worthy, knowledgeable and explained everything.

They did a really nice job. We have had the house for 17 years and this is the first major repair. They changed two thermostats. The internal thermostat wasn't broken, but the blower mechanism. They came at a time when it was really, really cold here. We had no heater. The heater had been kicking on and off and it really boosted our electric bill over the month of December because we didn't realize what was happening. Then, once it got really cold, it became obvious that the heater wasn't actually working. They came right out and diagnosed it. They actually found a couple of other problems that had been in the house since probably it was built and made some recommendations. They had to fix it because it was being redone. They were just really straightforward and easy to work with and reliable and tidy. They cleaned up. They had to get into the attic a couple of times. They ordered the part they needed and got it here in 24 hours. It was great. We didn't have to have the whole unit pulled out; they were able to fix it instead of it being two or three times the price. It was probably a very good value for what needed to be done and sort of preserving the heater. They were surprised that the heater has lasted 17 years because it was hooked up improperly and the house didn't burn down. They saved us from that because it was like really on the edge of it. If the internal thermostat had blown and just would have never turned off, there probably would have been a fire in the attic.
