We were very satisfied with the solar installation and personnel of Northern Pacific Power. Our salesman, Cassius, was personable and answered all of our questions. Adaggio, our main point of contact during construction, was responsive with prompt emails and information when needed. They made sure we agreed with the final solar panel layout and design before beginning. They seamlessly obtained permits and interfaced with the county and PG&E inspectors. The installers did careful and thoughtful work. This was important to us as my husband is a retired building inspector who is picky about details. The workers made a point of checking in with us before leaving each day to make sure to address anything we needed. Jake, the electrician, was very competent and did an impressive job of replacing our complicated, challenging, and outdated electrical box, which was an extra request of ours. Final inspections by the county and PG&E were easily passed without issues. Jake also matched exterior paint to camouflage conduit on the roof and siding. Cassius and Graham came to our home to wrap up with final information once the job was completed. We highly recommend this company as they did highly professional work and communication was outstanding.
