I hired Sue as a property manager for my rental property. She never did a credit check on the tenants and said that she would vouch for them. The tenants ended up getting the power shut off because of their negligence with PG&E which ended up effecting the other tenants on my property as well. The times that I needed help or assistance from her, she was unresponsive. She would advocate for the tenants but never for me as the property owner. When I would ask her to communicate something to the tenents she would, time and time again, do the complete opposite and tell them whatever she wanted and not what I had requested her to tell them. She at one point told me to fire her because she "had better things to do with her time" and felt that my property was "too much work", but she barely attended to her responsibilities in the first place. VERY unprofessional. The tenants she put into my home ended up engaging in illegal activity on property which is when I knew that Sue's services needed to come to an end. I ended up fireing her and she got fired from the rental agency she was working for as well. I highly recommend that NO ONE gets involved with her. She is not suitable for the career she has chosen.
