After placing a bid on house, we had an independent home inspection done which revealed numerous defects in construction by Nicholls. Both seller and builder promised to have defects repaired, so we (naively) went ahead and completed purchase agreement. After close of escrow several repairs were done a cheap, sloppy manner by builder. Nicholls illegally dumped broken concrete in the water channel next to our rear deck calling a the "retaining wall" he promised in an email to our realtor. Others defects were not fixed even after we threaten to sue him. Finally we called in other contractors to fix things properly and then hired a lawyer.
